The IMAGO POR LAS ARTES 2026 contest for young illustrators is open to children aged 4 to 12 worldwide. The theme is “From My Window,” inspired by Salvador Dalí’s work “Suspiros de sal.” Participation is free; the contest encourages children to explore their natural and imaginary environments. Illustrations, to be submitted digitally between 19 January and 20 February 2026, must be original and depict the children’s view of their world. Prizes include an online workshop with illustrator Nono Granero and a contest yearbook. Winners will be announced on Instagram on 22 March 2026. The jury is composed of experts in illustration and children’s literature. Supported by the VoLo Foundation, the contest aims to stimulate creativity and environmental awareness.
