The Sakura Art Prize 2026 is an international art competition organized by Sakura Group, open to artists and galleries worldwide. The event will be held alongside the Tokyo International Art Fair, with the winners announced in November 2026. To participate, a non-refundable entry fee is required, and original works must be submitted for evaluation based on artistic sensitivity, technical skill, originality, and visual impact. Finalists will be selected through an online nomination and voting process, closing on 1 November 2026. Winners will receive a certificate and the opportunity to digitally exhibit their works in the next edition. Other awards include promotion through interviews and press releases. There are no monetary prizes. Multiple categories can be entered with new submissions for each. The jury’s decisions, made by independent experts, are final. Participants retain copyright over their works but agree to allow image usage for promotional purposes.
